About Us
We are a relatively new company having begun in November 2007. However, our combined Real Estate experience totals over 20 years, all of which have been in the Ballito area. Our company principal is Terence McMurray who has lived in this area since 1994 and started his successful career in Real Estate in 1996. Charlene McMurray, his wife, joined him in 1999 as his Personal Assistant and continues to support him in this role. The partnership also comprises Paul McMurray who, with his experience of over 20 years within a corporate background, swapped the fast paced life of Gauteng in early 2007 for the quality of life Ballito has to offer him & his family. He brings with him an important contribution to the partnership with his knowledge of planning & business operations. OUR AREA Ballito is situated just 30 minutes North of Durban on the KwaZulu Natal North Coast. The Dolphin Coast, as it is known, derives its name from the Bottlenose Dolphins that frequent our warm Indian Ocean coastline all year round. Our area has fast become one of South Africa’s sought after holiday destinations with its beautiful beaches and sub-tropical climate. As this area has grown and expanded over the last number of years we have seen increased activity in all sectors not withstanding the commercial market. Now offering amenities like the top-class, Netcare Alberlito Hospital, Lifestyle Shopping Centre and the Ballito Junction the need to travel wider afield is a thing of the past. Ballito now also offers top class education in the form of the private Seaforth College (Grade R to Grade 10) and Crawford North Coast is just 10min away. A number of new developments offering showrooms and offices are quickly being filled, adding to the fast-growing Ballito Business Park, behind the Lifestyle Shopping Centre. This growth has also been spurred by the green light given in August 2007 to commence building the new international King Shaka Airport situated at La Mercy, only 15minutes south of Ballito.
